1. Mount the lever (1) on the shaft (2)
2. At position (3) place a coin of the type that is to be counted. The slide can be moved to the right so the coin can be secured. This way the diameter of the coins has been determined fix the slide in place by bastering the knob on top of it.
3. Using knob (4) the thickness of the coins can be set turning it will raise or lower the "bridge" over the coin exit. Make sure that only one coin can cass under it at a time.
4. By turning knob (5) the pressure of the rubber wheel at the coin exit can be set. Make sure that the coins pass under the wheel quite easily. Too much pressure will cause a rapid werar and lear of the wheel. If the wheel has to little pressure the coin feed will not be good enough and counting will take a lot longer than it should.
5. Slide (6) can ban be used to set at specific number of coins to be counted in batches. The cachine can count batches of 20, 25, 40, 50, 100 and 200 coins by pushing the lever in or pulling it out, when set to "00" (infinity) the machine will keep on counting until all coins in the machine have been counted. When counting batch, push down on the slide switch (7) is the on/off switch for the main power counting electronically.
Tips
1- Do not count wet coins.
2- Make sure that no dirt and /or foreign objects are inside the machine during operation.
3- When the machine is jammed (for example because of a bent coin) manduall rotate the disc backward and remove the jam.
4- When counting electronically, we advise you to remove the lever (1) from the machine
